Job Summary
The North Group Inc. seeks an experienced Global Security Operations Center Manager to oversee GSOC operations, including threat monitoring and incident response. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, International Relations, or related field
- 5–7+ years of experience in security operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Proven experience managing a 24/7 operations center or similar environment
- Strong understanding of global threat environments and security risk management
- Familiarity with GSOC technologies and systems (e.g., Genetec, Everbridge, Maltego, Dataminr)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to rapidly changing situations
- Ability to reliably commute to Milford, MI for on-site position
