Job Summary
Lead the strategy, governance, and performance of Cadence's Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) program. Drive the transition from traditional monitoring to an AI-enabled hub of actionable intelligence; define global standards, compliance, and KPIs; act as liaison across Physical Security, IT, HR, and Legal to harmonize incident response and business continuity. Demonstrate strategic SOC leadership with hands-on technical fluency to modernize a global program; manage 24/7 security operations, incident command, threat assessment, and business continuity planning; oversee vendor performance, budgeting, and technology ROI; mentor diverse teams across time zones and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a leadership role within a global SOC or high-volume corporate security environment
- Demonstrated experience managing complex budgets, SLAs, and vendor performance
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects across multiple time zones
