Job Summary
Global Screening Operations Analyst responsible for sanctions screening, client list screening, QA testing, UAT, metrics creation, and stakeholder management; collaborates with offshore internal stakeholders, Compliance and Technology teams to ensure compliance with global sanctions standards (OFAC and local lists); performs review of transactions and client names, maintains SOPs and controls, supports audits and committees, and contributes to Business Continuity planning; requires experience in Swift Settlement and Banking Operations, UAT and project management, and bilingual English and Arabic; proficient with MS Office; operates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience in Swift Settlement and Banking Operations from international financial institutions
- Prior experience in User Acceptance Testing and Project Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Hardworking, dedicated and detail oriented; ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive attitude and ability to multi-task
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to work under pressure in high-volume environments
