Job Summary
Global Sales & Marketing – Deal Roadshow Coordinator (Associate) role focusing on planning and executing marketing roadshows for equity and debt transactions across EMEA/CEEMEA, coordinating with Equity and Debt Capital Markets, Syndicate, and Banking teams, managing client meetings, logistics for physical and virtual roadshows, coordinating with executive assistants and Investor Relations, handling registrations, sourcing vendors, and reconciling budgets. Requires proven roadshow management experience for IPOs/rights issues/high-yield bonds/M&A in EMEA/CEEMEA, strong attention to detail, professional communication, ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, solid project management and organizational skills, budget experience, team collaboration, initiative, client liaison comfort, and experience with web-based scheduling tools; must be able to attend the office 5 days a week in London.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial roadshow management for IPOs, Rights Issues, High-Yield Bonds, Pilot Fishing, PDIE, and M&A in EMEA/CEEMEA
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills across phone, email, virtual, and in-person interactions
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience with budget management and financial reconciliation
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Initiative and proactive attitude
- Comfortable liaising with clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with web-based scheduling/event management tools
- Capability for 5 days office attendance
