Job Summary
Shadow experienced local salespeople during live meetings, calls, and client interactions; learn how global platforms are sold and managed in your region; take part in weekly online training sessions with Aleph’s sales enablement team; connect with interns from around the world in guided group discussions; complete a Capstone Project based on your market and pitch your ideas to leaders; receive feedback and mentorship from professionals in your own country. Learn sales techniques, how global platforms like TikTok and Google work with advertisers, CRM tools and analytics, cross-cultural communication and virtual collaboration, and sales ethics and professional behavior in global business. You’ll be based in your local Aleph office and participate in live online sessions with interns and leaders across LATAM, Africa, APAC, MENAT, and Europe; designed for current students or recent graduates interested in digital media, advertising, sales, or global business, with proficiency in English, and available to work full-time in July 2026.
