Job Summary
Roadshow Specialist supports Equity Capital Markets and the Equity Roadshow Desk in US equity deal and non-deal marketing roadshows. Based in New York, you will coordinate investor targeting and participation, allocate meetings based on prioritization, draft event announcements, review daily schedules, and maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure timely updates to clients and teams, apply sound judgment in confidential situations, and leverage technology and best practices to improve workflow and client experience. Strong organizational and communication skills, client service orientation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
