Job Summary
Lead architecture development for an integrated governance platform in the automotive software domain, oversee software development environments and toolchains, identify and plan core issues with a broad view, visualize processes through graphical tooling, drive data-driven process improvements, align stakeholders including customers and suppliers, and operate in a hybrid work arrangement based in Tokyo (Chuo-ku). Emphasizes governance of software engineering processes, collaboration across teams, and delivery of high-quality automotive software and tooling.
Required Qualifications
- システム/ソフトウェアエンジニアリングプロセス改善の実務経験(5年以上)
- Tier1またはTier2企業における量産車向け自動車ソフトウェア、またはソフトウェアツールの開発経験(5年以上)
- エンジニアリングマニュアル/テンプレートの作成経験
- システム/ソフトウェア要件分析および静的コード解析の実務経験
- ツールチェーン全体を支えるプロセス支援ツールの構築・効率的な運用経験
- フロントエンドとバックエンドの両方を含むWebアプリ開発経験(例:TypeScript、Python)
- インフラストラクチャ管理経験(例:AWS)
- GenAIを用いたアプリケーション開発経験
- 自社開発アプリケーションとサードパーティ製ソリューションの統合経験
- CI/CDを用いた開発作業の自動化・デプロイ(GitHub Actions)の設計経験
