Job Summary

Lead the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of global early career rotational programs, establishing standards, objectives, and success metrics. Manage the end-to-end participant experience from onboarding through final placement, including curriculum, mentorship, executive exposure, and career development programming. Partner with business leaders to drive certification readiness, coordinate rotation assignments, and facilitate talent reviews and placement decisions. Develop dashboards to track retention, promotion, mobility, and completion rates while overseeing program budgets and communications. Serve as the primary steward for the Early Career Talent team in Charlotte, supporting local programming and networking initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in early career program management, talent management, learning and development, human resources, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated success in designing, managing, or supporting rotational, analyst, internship, or early career programs
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and manage relationships across a matrixed organization
  • Experience facilitating talent reviews, calibration discussions, and performance evaluations
  • Strong project management, organization, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in data, reporting, analytics, and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to measure program effectiveness, improve operational efficiency, enhance participant experiences, and support data-driven decision-making
  • Experience working within a multi-location and global organization, with the ability to leverage technology and digital collaboration tools to support distributed program participants and stakeholders
