Job Summary
The Global Reward Transformation Projects Analyst role supports the Global Reward Transformation Manager by providing analytical and operational support during significant compensation redesign and harmonization. Key responsibilities include data collection, scenario modeling, cost impact analysis, and supporting the implementation of global compensation frameworks and incentive plans. The Analyst ensures compliance with internal governance, delivers training materials, optimizes processes in Workday Advanced Compensation, and maintains data quality and reporting accuracy. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and attention to detail are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
