Job Summary
Plan and book reservations for hotels, attractions, and transportation across Canada and the USA while delivering exceptional service via phone, email, and chat. Resolve guest questions and concerns with professionalism, maintain accurate bookings across multiple systems, and identify opportunities to enhance the experience through upselling and cross-selling. Stay current on products, promotions, and destinations while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless guest experiences. This role offers flexibility to work three days in office and two days remote, with a starting wage of $18.50/hour.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years in customer service, hospitality, retail, or contact centre environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable using multiple systems and digital tools
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
- Consent to a criminal record check
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or reservations
- Familiarity with systems such as Inntopia, Maestro, Ventrata, CRM tools, and telephony platforms
- Experience in sales or upselling environments
