Job Summary
Supervisory Analyst role focusing on quality control and regulatory compliance of research across Equity, Credit, Economics, Commodities, Technical Analysis, Securitized Products, FX and Rates, and Derivatives Research. Responsibilities include supervisory review, options review, ensuring FINRA/SEC compliance and disclosures, collaboration to meet publication deadlines, multitasking across notes/reports/presentations, rewriting and editing research to meet regulatory standards, and maintaining high-quality control in a fast-paced environment. The position requires independent work, analytical rigor, and proficiency with HTML publishing workflows, with a hybrid NYC schedule after training.
Required Qualifications
- FINRA Series 16 with at least 7-10 years of experience as a Supervisory Analyst
- Series 4 preferred; candidates with the Series 7 willing to sit for the Series 4 will be considered
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Technically savvy and comfortable working in an HTML publishing system
- Hours and location: 6:30am–3:30pm ET in our New York City office, with a hybrid office/home schedule after a training period
- 3-10 years of experience in equity research or equivalents
