Global Regulatory Affairs / Market Access Team Leader - H/F

Role: Global Regulatory Affairs / Market Access Team Leader leading the global regulatory strategy and market access for Phileo, reporting to the Compliance Director. Drive registration strategies, supervise a 9-person international team across France and abroad, coordinate submissions for ingredients/additives in animal nutrition, ensure labeling approvals and compliance across worldwide markets, and engage with authorities (EU Commission, EFSA, FDA, AAFCO, MAPA) as well as professional associations. Requires a scientific background with ideally a Master or Doctorate in animal nutrition or veterinary degree, at least 10 years of experience in regulatory affairs in animal nutrition/health, strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, and professional English proficiency. Location: Lille region, France with remote up to 2 days/week; travel up to 25% internationally. Open to people with disabilities.
