Job Summary
Intern will assist in preparing regulatory dossiers for new flavoring substances, support the collection and drafting of technical documentation for new flavor substances, and assist with regulatory documentation for flavor submissions and registrations. Will review domestic and international regulations related to flavors and flavorings, research regulatory materials, provide day-to-day support on flavor regulatory projects, and assist with general administrative tasks. On-site in Shanghai IBP with opportunities to learn structured training and development in a global flavors, fragrances, and food ingredients company.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate or postgraduate student (Bachelor’s or Master’s level)
- Ability to read and understand technical documents in English (CET-4 or above)
- Availability to work at least three days per week and commit for a minimum of six months
- Prior academic background or internship/work experience in flavors or the food industry is a plus
- Diligent, responsible, and detail-oriented with strong learning ability
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team
