Job Summary
Recruit, interview, and engage contract interpreters for over 350 languages while developing and maintaining global interpreter relationships. Plan and execute sourcing and communication campaigns to increase interpreter engagement and achieve weekly recruiting goals. Utilize recruiting data and analytics to maintain fill-rate standards and manage candidate applications within the ATS system. This remote role supports Propio Language Services' mission to provide high-quality interpretation and localization services through meaningful communication and innovative technology-driven solutions.
