Job Summary
Prepare routine and adhoc business management reporting, succinctly communicate findings to senior management, and maintain data integrity within source systems. Conduct thorough quantitative and logical analyses to support business decisions, strategic planning, and workforce location optimization across 14mm+ square feet. Engage with teams across regional and functional organizations to implement process improvements, ensuring meetings are thorough with documented outcomes and accountable follow-through. Quickly grasp business context, distill complex problems into clear narratives, and deliver executive-ready presentations with strong data visualization. Independently manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to evolving priorities while advising senior stakeholders on macro strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years experience in business management, corporate strategy, management consulting, or a chief of staff role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive insights and decisions
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute methodically
- Strong time management and prioritization, with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work with a high degree of independence
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in complex, matrixed organizations
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote), LLM prompting, and other relevant tools (Tableau, Alteryx, Python, Databricks, etc.)
