Job Summary
Support product development, research, and innovation through experimental trials while planning and coordinating pilot plant usage. Manage maintenance activities, oversee machinery, and handle materials, ingredients, and warehouse stocks. Prepare documentation and reports for R&D activities. This part-time role at the Dr. Schär R&D Centre in Trieste requires hands-on skills and organizational ability within an international environment. Flexible working hours and smart working options are available.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a baker, preferably in pilot plants or industrial bakery environments
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Strong manual skills
- Familiarity with equipment and machinery
- Technical diploma in electrical engineering, electrotechnics, or mechatronics
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Interest in the food industry
- Interest in pilot plant testing activities
- Accuracy
- Hands-on mentality
- Strong organisational skills
