Job Summary
Execution of innovation projects in the Food Packaging sector: study of new materials and their implementation on production lines, resolution of packaging-related issues, and support in the development of new products in the field of packaging. Research and analysis of new technologies for production and packaging in gluten-free and medical nutrition sectors. Collaboration with the technical department to implement new plants or improve existing ones. Execution of industrial trials at production facilities or third-party manufacturers. Open to international travel and collaboration in Italy and abroad.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering / Materials Engineering / Management Engineering
- Preferably 3–5 years of experience in the packaging sector within food companies
- Knowledge of food technologies and industrial food processing plants
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong project management capabilities
- Flexibility and willingness to travel in Italy and abroad
- Fluent English; knowledge of German is considered a plus
