Job Summary
Conduct interdisciplinary engineering design and manage complex systems over their life cycles, ensuring all project aspects are integrated. Lead a small to medium team of senior professionals while interpreting internal and external business challenges to recommend best practices for products and processes. Influence strategy development, control resources, and formulate policy within your area of responsibility. Assess information quality, ask pertinent questions of stakeholders, and offer new solutions outside set parameters using multiple sources. Communicate difficult concepts to influence others' options and guide teams toward different viewpoints. Apply high-level operational judgment to handle complex tasks in manufacturing, technology, or engineering, staying informed of industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- significant experience in the Engineering/Technology & R&D Systems Engineering
- Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
- Master's degree from an accredited university or college
- high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)
