Job Summary
Lead interdisciplinary engineering efforts to design and manage complex systems over their life cycles, ensuring all project aspects are integrated. Direct a small to medium team of senior professionals while influencing area strategy, resource control, and policy formulation. Interpret internal and external business challenges to recommend best practices for products, processes, and services, utilizing high-level judgment to solve operational and manufacturing problems. Communicate difficult concepts to stakeholders and guide others toward alternative viewpoints when addressing issues outside standard parameters.
Required Qualifications
- significant experience in the Engineering/Technology & R&D Systems Engineering
- Master's degree from an accredited university or college
- high school diploma with relevant experience
