Job Summary
Senior Global Quality Digital Systems Specialist to architect and deploy foundational systemic controls across Colgate-Palmolive’s global network, bridging global quality standards with enterprise software architecture. Lead the elicitation and documentation of complex requirements, design To-Be workflows, drive CSV/CSA strategies, execute UAT across cross-functional global teams, and ensure audit-ready validation packages. Manage migrations and legacy system decommissioning, enable AI-readiness with standardized machine-readable data, and develop global training frameworks and SOPs for Quality digital processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience acting as an independent SME in global digital quality systems
- Familiarity in GxP regulations, quality compliance, and data integrity (FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EMA Annex 11, and core quality workflows) and systems validation process
- Proficiency in enterprise QMS (e.g., Veeva Vault, TrackWise, ETQ) and Laboratory Information Management Systems
- Strong understanding of system integration architecture, including APIs and middleware
