Global Quality Auditing Vendor Lead

Job Summary
Global Quality Auditing Vendor Lead responsible for defining and governing the vendor oversight operating model for Global Quality Auditing teams worldwide, with accountability for strategy, performance, compliance, and financial governance across GxP areas. You will own vendor procurement lifecycles (screening, selection, contracting—MSA/SOW—PO lifecycle), manage global auditing vendor budgeting and forecasting, monitor compliance with SOWs/MSA and Finance processes, define KPIs and monthly performance reviews, and drive harmonization and continuous improvement across auditing quality units. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Global Quality Auditing, Finance, Procurement and other Quality functions, and leads or participates in projects to improve processes, tools, and operational efficiency. The position is hybrid with 40% in an office setting, based in Braine L’Alleud, Belgium. You should bring strong project management, governance, and vendor management capabilities, along with deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and GxP regulations, and the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline
- Fluent English (oral and written)
- Demonstrated vendor management experience
- Understanding of global pharmaceutical industry and GxP regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to standardize execution paths and drive efficiency
- Ability to innovate and adapt to changing business environments
