Job Summary
Global Publications Manager responsible for strategic planning, development, and execution of global publication activities across assigned therapeutic areas, ensuring alignment with Global Publication Plans and Medical Strategies; lead end-to-end publication process (concept development, author engagement, internal review, submission of abstracts/posters/manuscripts); manage multiple publication assets per GPP/ICMJE/internal SOPs; collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Biostatistics, and external partners; represent the publication function in internal/external meetings; maintain publication tracking systems; support annual global publication workshop and development of best practices; requires a Masters degree in life sciences or relevant medical degree (PhD advantageous), at least 5 years publication management experience, proficiency with publication tracking tools, and experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry or medical communications agencies; CMPP certification is an advantage; strong organizational, project management, and communication skills; English language proficiency; demonstrates Sobi core values.
Required Qualifications
