Job Summary
Recruit, contract, and manage ComPsych's international network of mental health counselors, legal advisors, and well-being coaches within an assigned region. Build and maintain robust relationships with provider groups and individuals to ensure customers have access to a strong local network. Serve as the primary liaison for contracted providers by addressing escalations, resolving operational inquiries, and negotiating rates while adhering to company guidelines. Facilitate the global billing process by investigating payment issues and responding to provider inquiries with comprehensive accuracy. Update provider information in the database to maintain data integrity and contribute to continuous improvements in recruitment workflows and department processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary qualification from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 2 years of professional business experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client information systems
- Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese
- Consistent and reliable high-speed internet
- Workspace free from distraction, disruption, or noise
- Ability to be present on camera during work-related trainings, meetings, and/or events
- Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods while working on computer
Desired Qualifications
- 3–4 years of professional business experience
- Experience in healthcare, clinical services, insurance, employee benefits, or other health-related sectors
- Experience working in multicultural or international environments
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and cultural sensitivity
