Job Summary
Global Programmatic Specialist responsible for managing and optimizing Triton’s programmatic ecosystem with a focus on SSP, DSP, and Ad server integrations. Acts as a technical liaison between product, market operations, demand teams, supply, and clients to drive marketplace growth. Key duties include integrating SSP/DSP/Adserver partners, monitoring programmatic health, collaborating with the Demand team and top clients, supporting Publisher Monetization Team (PMT) and broader Demand team with analytics and recommendations, educating internal teams and clients on programmatic capabilities and measurement, engaging with clients as a subject-matter expert, and building/maintaining dashboards for internal and client-facing analytics. Requires deep knowledge of programmatic fundamentals (SSP/DSP/OpenRTB), ability to diagnose supply/demand issues, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills; excellence in cross-functional communication, training, and process automation to scale operations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, digital media, or ad tech environments
- Hands-on experience with DSPs (e.g. DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP) and/or SSPs and Ad Servers
- Experience troubleshooting programmatic campaigns, deal setups, and marketplace inefficiencies
- Experience working with agencies, publishers, ad networks, or demand-side partners in a client-facing or operational role
- Familiarity with audio, podcasting, or streaming ecosystems is a strong advantage
