Job Summary
Global Program Manager II responsible for managing a global media & entertainment client portfolio, coordinating central communications across regions for both BCD Travel and the client's global initiatives, formulating multinational business plans to increase revenues, decrease costs, optimize asset utilization, and reduce client attrition, developing Service Level Agreements for service, financials, MIS/CDS, program performance, technology, and communication indicators, creating and managing budgets and financials (billing, payment, profitability), establishing relationships with key customer decision makers at all levels, negotiating client contracts, identifying opportunities to leverage global technology tools and new processes, and traveling domestically and internationally as required to oversee cross-border programs.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive travel industry experience in account management
- Experience implementing and managing large market/global clients
- Thorough knowledge of business travel management and travel industry technology
- Effective communication skills (oral, written & presentation) in English
- Experience managing cross functional work teams
- Ability to travel domestically & internationally on regular basis
