Job Summary
Global CIO & CHRO Program Manager activates and grows Deloitte’s CIO and CHRO programs across a global network, collaborating with Global Program Leaders, Member Firm leaders, and Executive & Board Program stakeholders to strengthen executive engagement, enable knowledge sharing, and support strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, expanding offerings (executive labs, roundtables, leadership convenings), planning and facilitating leadership meetings, establishing governance structures, aligning offerings across geographies, equipping client service partners with program insights, fostering cross-firm collaboration, and preparing executive-ready materials for leadership stakeholders. The role sits in Deloitte Global Consulting Services with a focus on cross-geography coordination and program eminence initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of relevant experience in consulting, program management, strategy, or executive engagement roles
- Experience working within the Deloitte network or a global professional services environment preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive-ready presentations and materials
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate across diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and work effectively in a highly matrixed, global environment
- Experience supporting senior leaders or working with executive audiences is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and globally approved collaboration tools
