Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of late-stage radioligand imaging programs, defining strategic vision and optimizing life cycle management to ensure successful regulatory and access outcomes. Drive the design and execution of Phase 0/1 clinical studies and late-stage programs, either directly or by overseeing third-party partners, while leading the Target Product Profile and Integrated Development Plan. Manage the Global Program Team, fostering career growth and holding the team accountable for ambitious goals within a high-performance environment. Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, influencing decision-making through scientific, evidence-based communication and adjusting strategies based on market feedback and stakeholder expectations. Own the strategy and execution of partner-led development, including governance of co-development partnerships, while ensuring delivery across external partners and retaining internal accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Radiologist or equivalent based on experience and education
- Experience engaging global health authorities related to development and/or submission strategy for a radioligand imaging agent used for disease staging
- Experience managing a co-development relationship with a third-party including participation in joint development and governance committees
- Managing cross-functional teams and intense cross-functional collaboration and alignment
- Leading teams through influence without direct authority
- Communicating clearly and concisely with various audiences, adjusting messaging, style, tone, and details to best fit different audiences
- Expert knowledge of international customs and business practice
- Accomplishments in advancing programs through multiple decision stages and successfully driving program execution
- Experience in regulatory compliance, audit processes, and managing program commitments at later stages
- Demonstrated success in sustaining stakeholder relationships and communication throughout the full project life cycle
- Background in revising and adjusting strategies based on ongoing program feedback, stakeholder expectations, and market dynamics
