Job Summary
Global Production Specialist responsible for executing the order processing and supporting global production strategies. Manages PO execution, order confirmation, requisitions reviews, pre-booking with Logistics, vendor communications, and cross-functional collaboration (Logistics, Licensed Business, Distribution, Quality) to ensure on-time delivery and quality shipments. Key duties include managing PO activities, coordinating with global factories, negotiating ICD dates, reviewing production samples, and contributing to planning and demand evaluation. Requires strong Excel/SAP/MRP skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and effective communication; bachelor’s degree preferred with 1-3 years of relevant experience. 100% on-site role based in Buffalo, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant job experience in lieu of degree will be considered
- 1-3 years of experience in global production/sourcing or related field
