Job Summary
Global Production Oversight Analyst is responsible for managing the remediation book of work within the Global Production Oversight Team, coordinating analysis on population and impact, executing root cause analysis, and delivering scalable processes and controls through collaboration with compliance, operations, technology, and product teams. The role involves developing automated KYC solutions, producing management metrics and reports, building tools for internal GPO process enhancements, running internal controls to ensure adherence to protocols, contributing to ad hoc projects to improve the KYC framework, and staying updated on regulatory changes while managing workload and escalating key risks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent education and a predisposition to intellectual curiosity
- Fluent in English
- Strong technical skills, fluent in Python or other similar programming language
- Experience designing and building ETL/data pipelines to support analytical and operational needs
- Proficiency in developing automated reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar platforms
- Logical, structured approach to planning, problem solving and decision-making
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Bachelor degree or equivalent education and a predisposition to intellectual curiosity
