Job Summary
Manage the PLM environment, including setup, configuration, and routine maintenance, while providing technical support to resolve user issues and train users for efficient system use. Work closely with operational teams to optimize processes, ensure data accuracy through validation rules and audits, and customize the system to meet operational needs. Lead projects such as upgrades, migrations, and new feature deployments, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications to guide development teams, and act as a liaison between business, technical, and external partners. This role supports Aristocrat's global gaming technology ecosystem, focusing on digital transformation within the PLM/ERP environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, PLM Administrator, or related role supporting enterprise business applications
- Familiarity with Teamcenter, focusing on item creation and bills of materials
- Expertise in SQL and SSRS for data management, reporting, and analytics
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project lifecycle management
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Solid knowledge of PLM guidelines, customization, and configuration
- Proficiency in data migration and integration strategies
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with data-driven decision-making using analytics tools
- Ability to balance critical thinking with hands-on execution
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification
Desired Qualifications
- Register with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate
