Job Summary
Execute data governance activities across the organization, including data definitions, flow management, and quality supervision. Support the implementation of the data governance roadmap and act as first-line support for Global Product Master Data, addressing data quality queries. Define data standards to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy; create and maintain a centralized enterprise data dictionary with clear definitions and business rules. Supervise data-related change requests, analyze impacts on systems and reporting, and oversee testing to ensure accuracy before deployment. Collaborate with business and functional area owners to enhance core data assets and develop training materials for data management practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in fields such as Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science
- 3-5 years of solid experience in Master Data Management, Product Data Management, Data Governance, Supply Chain or related roles
- Solid understanding of data models, data dictionaries and enterprise data architecture
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica)
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks
- SQL knowledge for querying, validating, and analyzing data across systems
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with senior stakeholders

- Experience with data visualization or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Proficiency in metadata management and data governance tools
