Job Summary
Global Product Manager for the Stifle Joint Replacement portfolio in veterinary orthopedics. Define and execute product strategies, positioning, and go-to-market plans; drive product development, launches, and portfolio optimization; build subject-matter expertise across Movora’s systems; create marketing content and support industry conferences and sales training. Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing Communications, Education, R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain to align product initiatives with business objectives; gather feedback from customers and sales teams to refine go-to-market strategies; lead pricing, sales forecasting, and performance tracking to grow revenue, market share, and profitability. Travel internationally ~30% and work across markets and functions to deliver patient outcomes and commercial success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years’ experience in product management of medical technology or 8+ years of related medtech experience in sales, biomedical engineering, or orthopedic implant technology
- Ability to work with cadaveric specimens (veterinary) in an operating room or lab setting
- Familiarity with joint replacement technologies (human or veterinary) and their clinical use
- Fluent in English, with excellent skills for presentation, written communication, and verbal communication
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel, including internationally (approx. 30%)
