Job Summary
Global Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of integrated sustainability solutions spanning ITAD, Carbon Sync, and the Certified Refurbished Partner License Program (CRLP). Own global product strategy and roadmap, drive end-to-end lifecycle solutions, build and scale HP’s partner ecosystem, embed carbon visibility and reporting, and define commercialization models. Collaborate across Sustainability/ESG, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Sales, and go-to-market teams to deliver measurable GHGE reductions, a consistent global customer experience, and reusable, revenue-generating solutions aligned with HP’s Renew and Sustainability Services vision.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in product management, sustainability services, IT lifecycle, or related fields
- Strong understanding of IT Asset Disposition (ITAD)
- Circular economy / refurbishment
- Carbon accounting / sustainability solutions
- Experience leading global programs and cross-functional initiatives
- Experience managing partner ecosystems or vendor networks
- Pricing, business models, and commercialization experience
- Experience working across multi-region environments
- Channel and partner-led business models
