Global Product Manager – Heat Interface Units (HIU)

Job Summary
Own global HIU product vision and roadmap, build a modular, scalable portfolio across regions, and drive portfolio simplification and standardization. Translate market needs into differentiated product requirements in collaboration with R&D, influence pricing and value logic with regional teams, and provide lifecycle recommendations (upgrades, phase-outs) while validating business cases and success criteria. Engage with customers and partners to ensure product-market fit and maintain competitive positioning through cross-functional leadership between R&D, Product Marketing, and Regional Product Managers. Lead strategic, data-driven decisions to deliver portfolio performance, growth, and scalability in heating and cooling systems, including HIU/apartment-station projects, with attention to regulatory changes and market trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Experience minimum 7 years in managing complex product categories or technical initiatives in international environments
- Strong cross-functional leadership and proven impact on revenue/m margin/market share
