Job Summary
Develop and execute global marketing strategies, programs, and campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and commercial growth for Abbott's IVL portfolio. Lead end-to-end commercialization planning and execution for new product introductions and portfolio expansions across U.S. and international markets. Engage with customers, key opinion leaders, and field teams to gather insights that shape product positioning, commercialization plans, and marketing assets. This fully onsite role within the Global Strategic Marketing team requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in downstream marketing or product management. Base pay ranges from $114,000 to $228,000, with up to 25% travel. Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, downstream marketing, strategic marketing, sales, or related healthcare/medical device roles
- Ability to travel up to 25%, including international travel
- Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in a 8 hour day)
- Keyboard use (greater or equal to 50% of the workday)
Desired Qualifications
- MBA
- Demonstrated success developing and executing marketing programs, commercialization initiatives, and product launches in U.S. and/or international markets
- Experience in cardiovascular medical devices, intravascular imaging, or calcium modification therapies
- Experience supporting global product launches and commercialization efforts
- Knowledge of coronary intervention procedures and customer workflows
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience working with international teams and navigating regional market, regulatory, and reimbursement considerations
- Strong public speaking and field engagement experience
- Experience leading complex cross-functional projects within a matrixed organization
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Experience developing product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and customer-facing marketing content
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
