Job Summary
Global Product Manager- Convenience to drive the convenience innovation strategy and manage a growing global product portfolio. Lead New Product Development across categories such as guacamole, avocado products, mango, frozen fruit, oils, and dried fruit. Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, and regional teams to deliver high-quality products to market efficiently. Responsibilities include supporting the product strategy, contributing to the innovation pipeline, translating consumer and market insights into briefs, partnering with R&D and technical teams from concept to launch, managing the NPD pipeline, coordinating stage-gate processes, supporting launches and performance, tracking progress, conducting market and competitor analysis, and optimising the product portfolio. Requirements include proven product management experience, strong project/portfolio management, end-to-end lifecycle understanding, excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration, strong organisational skills, proactive execution focus, bias for action, and agility to respond to market trends. Desirable experience in Food & Beverage, FMCG or food tech and languages beyond English (Spanish, French, German). Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Product Management or Product Development role.
- Strong experience in project and/or product portfolio management, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept development through to launch and post-launch optimisation.
- Confident and effective communicator, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on execution and delivery excellence.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a genuine passion for product innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong bias for action with a “can-do” mindset and ability to drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment.
- Agility and commercial awareness to respond to evolving consumer trends and maintain product and brand relevance.
- Desirable: Experience in Food & Beverage, FMCG or food tech; Additional languages including Spanish, French or German would be beneficial.
