Job Summary
Global Product Manager responsible for driving strategy and lifecycle management of transfer switching product portfolio across global markets. Lead market intelligence, portfolio gap analyses, pricing strategies, and go-to-market planning; define product specifications, profitability, and regulatory compliance; collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, R&D, and Supply Chain; operate within an autonomous Agile team in a hybrid work model with international scope (Finland, France, China, and neighboring regions). Focus on delivering customer value, lifecycle governance from identification to phase-out, and cross-functional execution to maximize market impact and ROI.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in product management, strategic planning, and market-driven portfolio development
- master’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or management engineering
- experience in low-voltage applications, particularly in high-power electrical distribution (circuit breakers, switchgears, automatic transfer switches)
- familiarity with Agile methodology
- English language proficiency; additional languages are a plus
