Job Summary
Global Product Leader responsible for sustaining and expanding market share across assigned product lines (including connected devices, software, and digital workflow solutions). Lead product roadmaps and PRMs, coordinate with R&D and cross-functional teams to ensure successful NPI launches and go-to-market strategies, identify market opportunities through analysis of VoC/VoS and competitive landscape, and drive long-term product strategy with senior leadership. Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and strategic accounts to shape customer value propositions, create launch materials, and align on marketing campaigns. Travel internationally up to 30% to support global initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field
- 7+ years of product management and/or product marketing experience
- Experience in Test and Measurement/Non-Destructive Testing is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of inspection modalities related to the assigned business line
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills at a senior executive level
- Proficiency with data analysis for strategy development and reporting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools
- Ability to travel internationally up to 30%
