Job Summary
Senior Finance Analyst for Global Product Development Finance responsible for cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Planning, SSM and Manufacturing. Manages capital, engineering financials, business case development, and portfolio optimization to quantify impacts on short- and long-term profitability. Develop and apply financial models (sensitivity/scenario analyses) to evaluate opportunities, benchmark assumptions against internal and external standards, and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Build relationships across finance and other functions, manage multiple priorities, and translate complex financial analyses into actionable decisions that influence enterprise strategy. Role requires strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to operate with ambiguity and balance near-term and long-term objectives. Location is Hybrid with Warren, MI HQ and travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field
- 5+ years of finance experience as an analyst
- Advanced Excel skills and strong modeling and financial valuation skills
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of profitability metrics
- Ability to communicate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Experience with financial modeling, portfolio analysis, and strategic finance
