Job Summary
Global Product Cybersecurity Supervisor provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for product cybersecurity quality across programs. Leads Cybersecurity Assessors to ensure cybersecurity activities align with automotive standards, regulations, and customer/internal requirements. Collaborates with Cybersecurity Engineering, Functional Safety, and system/software teams to strengthen compliance, support resilient product development, and protect product integrity. Defines and leads the product cybersecurity quality strategy and cross-project cybersecurity quality strategy; establishes the CSMS certification roadmap to meet evolving requirements; improves process roadmaps for security resilience; builds organizational capability through cybersecurity training and coaching; mentors a team of independent Cybersecurity Assessors; continuously improves product cybersecurity QA processes, including automation opportunities; guides assessment reports, customer support, deviations, and escalation management; monitors program cybersecurity quality for launch readiness and ongoing compliance; reports status and risks to management; leads talent development and performance management; ensures governance and compliance with cybersecurity policies; owns Product Cybersecurity Policy and related procedures in EDF; manages global immobilizer activities as required; ensures vulnerability monitoring and incident response plans, including PSIRT support; supports multiple projects with cybersecurity guidance and quotation recommendations; participates in audits and customer meetings; leads CSMS assessments and audits; scope includes complex global programs across locations and cultures.
