Global Procurement Manager

Global Procurement Manager responsible for developing and owning the end-to-end overland category strategy (global road freight), delivering value through cost optimization, operational efficiency, sustainability, and innovation. Leads spend analysis (spend cube), benchmarking of rates and contracts, and management of supplier agreements (gainshare/penalty mechanisms) within a 4PL framework. Guides tender processes, supplier performance reviews, risk and regulatory compliance, and activities to lower CO2 emissions across the network; partners with stakeholders across the global supply chain to implement category strategy and sustain value delivery.
