Job Summary
Lead contracting advisory activities to develop, standardise, and modernise procurement contract templates, processes, and digital tools across global categories. Drive harmonisation of contracting processes by coordinating with process owners, SMEs, and procurement teams to update standards, share best practices, and maintain an updated knowledge repository aligned with legal, compliance, and risk management requirements. Implement contracting transformation initiatives that leverage digital solutions to automate activities, enhance efficiency, and encourage digital adoption through influencing and storytelling. Coordinate with internal discipline teams and businesses to drive value creation and minimise risk within a digitally enabled contracting model.
Required Qualifications
- Bacherlor's Degree in Legal
- Post graduate qualification related to contract management
- Understanding of and adeptness at developing and maintaining business context
- Understanding of strategic direction, priorities, stakeholders, and strategy
- Knowledge of procurement contract management
- Ability to develop a quick understanding of business objectives and synergise it with contracting strategy
- Good stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strategic thinking and commercial acumen
- Understanding of working in and navigating complex multi-national businesses
- Track record in collaborating with businesses / stakeholders to deliver continuous improvement
- Leadership as an SME who shares knowledge with the wider team
- Ability to drive delivery of business and procurement priorities
- Collaboration across procurement, the businesses, suppliers and beyond
- Valid working rights for the specified country
Desired Qualifications
- Bacherlor's Degree in Legal preferred
- Post graduate qualification related to contract management desirable
