Job Summary
Hybrid Global Procurement Business Operations Project Manager to lead end-to-end program management for the Global Procurement transformation, including scope, roadmap, integrated master schedule, milestones, and governance. Drive delivery across a portfolio of initiatives, establish and run delivery operating rhythm with RAID and dependency tracking, and coordinate cross-functional planning with IT and Finance/Accounts Payable. Prepare executive-ready materials, surface trade-offs, and recommendations to keep the transformation on track. Requires senior-level experience in procurement/ P2P, ERP/configuration, and governance, with strong cross-cultural collaboration. Role location is Bengaluru, India, with an expectation of 2 days per week in an HPE office (hybrid).
Required Qualifications
- Proven, senior-level experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from strategy through execution
- Ability to build program structure: integrated plans, governance, RAID management, and executive reporting
- Strong stakeholder leadership across global teams and functions
- Experience delivering process and/or technology-enabled transformation (procurement, finance operations, shared services, or enterprise functions)
