Job Summary
Design and improve the global operations footprint by engaging in make or buy decisions and assessing new products from financial and risk perspectives. Lead global network assessments for strategic projects such as plant openings or closures while reviewing and improving operations processes to assess production site maturity. Own and improve Operations Masterdata, contribute as an expert in operations improvement projects, and establish a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and mentoring professionals. This role requires a Master's degree in industrial engineering or business administration, project management experience, and advanced knowledge of MS Office and SAP. The position is based in Baar, Switzerland, with a 60% allocation.
Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree in industrial engineering, business administration or relevant education with relevant work experience
- Experience in Project Management
- Adanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in change management
- Structured working stile with an eye for details
Desired Qualifications
