Job Summary
Global Process Owner accountable for defining, maintaining, and improving global QMS processes for Warehousing & Distribution and Supply Chain Security, with governance, metrics, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsible for process-standardization across the network, regulatory/compliance alignment, audits and MRs, and driving CI/OE initiatives, lifecycle oversight of business systems, and supplier-related processes to ensure quality and performance. Requires advanced degree in a relevant field with substantial supply chain leadership experience, proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, Spotfire), familiarity with Six Sigma and operational-excellence methodologies, and ability to lead global QMS process improvements across regions and functions.
Required Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications: Doctorate degree and 2 years of Supply Chain experience OR Master’s degree and 6 years of Supply Chain experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of Supply Chain experience OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of Supply Chain experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Supply Chain experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation or resources
