Job Summary
Develop and execute the enterprise-wide Record-to-Report process strategy, standardizing financial processes across business units and optimizing end-to-end R2R workflows. Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, establish governance models, and implement performance metrics while partnering with executive leadership to drive financial performance. Manage financial close, general ledger, and consolidation activities within an Oracle ERP environment, championing change management to ensure organizational adoption of best practices. Requires 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in shared services, with a salary range of $130,000 to $160,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive leadership experience in finance, accounting, shared services, or global business services
- Deep expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes
- Financial Close
- General Ledger (GL) Management
- Account Reconciliations
- Financial Consolidations
- Financial Reporting
- Oracle ERP experience
- Experience within a Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS) environment
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and change management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Global Process Owner (GPO)
- Process improvement certifications such as: Lean
- Process improvement certifications such as: Six Sigma
- Process improvement certifications such as: Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Process improvement certifications such as: Kaizen
- Experience designing and implementing governance frameworks
- Experience developing and implementing KPI and performance management programs
