Job Summary
The Global Process Owner for Record to Decide (R2D) is responsible for the global process design and S/4 template for R2D processes, ensuring control frameworks and reporting standards are consistently adopted across regions. Key responsibilities include defining and maintaining global process standards aligned to IFRS/GAAP, managing deviations, driving deployment of the global template, and embedding audit controls into the S/4 template. The role requires a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years in finance operations, expertise in SAP S/4HANA, and experience in finance transformation and process governance.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant or equivalent
- 15+ years in finance operations and FP&A
- Proven track record in Finance transformation
- Understanding of SOX and internal control frameworks
Desired Qualifications
- Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Strong understanding of compliant financial processes
- Strong experience with process governance and BPM tools
- Experience with analytics/process mining tools
