Job Summary
Global Process Owner for Record-to-Report responsible for defining and governing the end-to-end finance process from transaction recording through financial close and reporting. Drive process improvements, standardization, controls, and compliance across regions, functions, and systems; lead transformation initiatives and ensure cross-functional alignment with senior stakeholders. Requires deep finance process expertise, experience in complex international environments (ideally life sciences/pharma/manufacturing), proficiency in Lean/Six Sigma methods, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to enable enterprise-wide change. Hybrid work model with 40% in-office in Brussels (HQ) and collaboration across global teams.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in finance process management, financial operations, or transformation
- 15 years of professional experience in complex international environments
- Knowledge of financial close, reconciliation, reporting, and controls
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma; Green Belt or Black Belt is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complexity
- Exposure to enterprise planning or finance systems is helpful
- Excellent English communication skills
