Job Summary
Troubleshoot SAP S/4HANA system issues, resolve tickets, and perform testing and documentation for enhancements and patches. Monitor system performance to identify improvement areas and implement solutions. Manage a backlog of unrealized business requirements by conducting assessments, planning Mini Project Execution, and ensuring smooth handovers to support organizations. Provide status updates on risks, dependencies, and system downtime to stakeholders while adhering to transport and release governance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutions, obtaining key user sign-off and documenting lessons learned. Maintain documentation to support end-user utilization and stay current with SAP technologies. Flexibility to work in different time zones, shifts, and travel to other Bosch entities is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years-5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA support or implementation
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules and functionalities, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Design & Build, Deploy, R3 team, etc)
- Working and Contributing as a Team player in Agile Teams
- Flexibility to work in different time zones and in shift to meet customer demands
- Must be willing to travel to other Bosch entities on project assignments (when needed)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Solution Manager, and other SAP tools and technologies
- SAP certification(s) in relevant modules
- Exposure to End to end business processes & strong /proven SAP knowledge
