Job Summary
Develop packaging, material transportation, and handling process standards, then deploy them globally across Aero Alliance factories while partnering with local technical leaders. Lead the transformation to automated material solutions including AGVs, defining global processes for asset acceptance, maintenance, and spare parts optimization. Drive reliability improvements through FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and enhance quality. Coach factory manufacturing engineers on design for reliability and Six Sigma methodologies, validating engineering specifications and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college
- 7+ years of industrial experience in manufacturing or quality
- 5+ years of experience in a technical role (manufacturing engineer or similar) with expertise in Packaging, Material Transport, Material Handling
- Strong knowledge of engineering concepts and quality processes
- Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings, and schematics
- Project Management skills and experience

- Significant years of experience in a technical role (manufacturing engineer or similar) with expertise in Packaging, Material Transport, Material Handling

- Fluency in English in writing and speaking
